California does have some lower cost retirement options, and Chico is one of them. Following up on our theme of lower cost retirements, we present Chattanooga. A lot of folks from the northeast are checking out Tennessee because of its lower costs, friendly people, warmer weather, and outstanding recreation. Chattanooga offers all of those plus the attractions of a small city and a "21st Century Waterfront Plan".
